‘Salted caramel dream queen’ Chloe Timms has gone from graduating in illustration at Camberwell College to selling salted caramels and brownies at London food markets.

After initially selling salted caramels at Christmas, Timms later rented kitchen space from The Meringue Girls in Broadway Market, and now has a regular stall on Saturdays at Druid Street Market. Aside from her stall success, Timms has a growing Instagram following and has been praised by Nigella Lawson on social media after posting a chestnut flour brownie recipe.
